I set up Human Nature HR in January 2020. My background covers event management, project management and for the past 15 years, HR.  

​

Over the last 20 years I have built my experience across multiple aspects of agency life, through employee engagement, organisational change, performance management, consultancy, coaching and mentoring.  It's this experience that enables us to offer a unique insight into the creative industry - and all the joys and challenges that it brings.


Our strength is working with businesses to help keep their people strategy & processes current and relevant; whilst ensuring you don't lose vital values and culture along the way.  

I work closely with you to get under the skin of your success, help you identify what it is that makes your organisation a place where the best people want to work.
