Pressing the reset button - keep the good, ditch the bad
Reboarding staff, after months of remote work due to COVID-19, is no easy task. The considerations are many – including safety, communication, ways of working, messaging and even navigation to and in the office. This is all new territory for us, but it could be a great opportunity to refocus, recalibrate and energise staff.
A 100 page staff handbook may not be what you need right now but some clear comms around how you’ve changed or intend to reset the business will really help.
